Using a pencil, and a ruler you will create drawings of letter shapes in different fonts.
Use the handouts or Canva to find letter shapes to study.
Create drawings of 8 different letters.
You can use the letters of your name, or any letters you choose.
Steps:
Divide your paper into 4 sections
Draw one letter carefully in each box
Write the name of the font
Write the name of the classification (Serif, Sans Serif, Blackletter, Script, Display)
Repeat these steps, with a different font and classification each time
You will draw 8 different letters from 6 different fonts
Use the ruler to create straight lines when necessary and to create correct proportions.
